Consuela, one of the SF Marathon Pacers that I had run with on the 1st day of the Marathon Training Program at Crissy Fields, introduced herself today.
Here is Consuela in his own words.
“I am Consuela. I am a former trainee for the 2008 San Francisco Marathon. Didn’t run last year. I did the Walt Disney Run World and the East-West Coast Challenge. I started running in 2005. I was on my way moving out of the City, but was still spending 7 days a week in the City. So I said, well I need something to do. So I tried running 2 hours every other day.
And then when I moved back to the City in 2008, that’s when I started like REAL Running. That’s it !”
